Every service is rooted in evidence-based practice and delivered with deep compassion. Whether you are navigating daily challenges or a critical season, there is a path forward — and you do not have to walk it alone.
Private Pay / Cash Pay Only
Parenting with Purpose is a private pay (cash pay) practice. We do not bill insurance directly, and unfortunately our services are not covered by most insurance plans.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you are purchasing a 6–8 week Signature Program, full payment is due upfront prior to your first session.
Accepted Payment Methods

Credit cards & online payment — We are actively working with Bank of America to establish credit card and online payment processing. We anticipate this will be available prior to July 7th, 2026. Updates will be shared as soon as this is confirmed.
Unique Abilities Scholarship (Exploring): As a BCBA, Shay is actively exploring whether Parent Coaching services may qualify for reimbursement under the Unique Abilities Scholarship program. Updates will be shared as this process develops. Families interested in this option are encouraged to reach out directly to Step Up For Students, as well.
Checks Accepted

Credit Cards & Online Payment (Coming Soon)
We are working with Bank of America to accept credit cards and online forms of payment. We anticipate this will be ready prior to July 7th, 2026.
Payment Due at Time of Service
All individual sessions are paid at the time of your appointment — no invoicing.
Signature Programs — Paid Upfront
6–8 week programs require full payment prior to the first session to reserve your spot.
Unique Abilities Scholarship
Because every family deserves access to support.
Parenting with Purpose believes that financial hardship should never be a barrier to getting the support your family needs. The Unique Abilities Scholarship offers a need-based reduced rate for families who would otherwise be unable to access coaching services.
A limited number of scholarship spots are available each month. Scholarship recipients receive the same high-quality, personalized coaching as all other clients — with no difference in care, attention, or commitment.
Families interested in the Unique Abilities Scholarship are encouraged to reach out directly via the Contact page to inquire about availability.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows the time to be offered to another family in need.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be charged a $25 fee.
No-Shows
No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee. Appointment times are reserved specifically for your family and cannot typically be filled on short notice. This policy helps ensure that Parenting with Purpose can continue providing consistent and reliable support to all families served.
Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
Life happens. If you are facing an unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations are handled with grace and on a case-by-case basis.
