Financial Policies & Scheduling Information
Private Pay Information
Parenting with Purpose is a private pay only practice. Payment for individual services is due at the time services are rendered.
Parenting with Purpose does not bill insurance directly, and services may not be covered by most insurance plans.
Families are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly regarding any possible out-of-network reimbursement opportunities.
Payment Information
Individual Sessions
Payment for individual sessions is due at the time services are rendered. Copies of an invoice are available if needed to submit to your insurance company. This does not apply to Group Programs — see program details for Group Program payment terms.
Group Programs
Six to eight-week Group Programs require payment in full prior to the first session to reserve your spot.
Payment Methods
Cash, checks with a valid driver's license number written on it, credit cards (to include FSA/HSA ones), and online payment processing options will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to allow the appointment time to be offered to another family.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
No-Shows
No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for your family and cannot typically be filled on short notice. This policy allows Parenting with Purpose to continue providing consistent and reliable services to all families.
Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
Life happens. If you are facing an unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations are handled with grace and on a case-by-case basis.
